These Terms of Service apply to purchases from and use of Oh For Budget’s Sake (“OFBS”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms, subject to any mandatory rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Products and orders

We aim to describe products, prices and features accurately. We may correct genuine errors in listings or pricing before an order is accepted. Product availability may change.

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store. Any applicable shipping, taxes or duties will be shown or dealt with as required at checkout.

Digital products

Digital spreadsheets and downloads are licensed to the purchaser for personal or internal household or business use only, unless a product listing expressly says otherwise. You may not resell, redistribute, republish, share publicly, sublicense or make the files available for others to download.

You may make reasonable copies for your own backup and use the file across your own devices.

Planning-tool disclaimer

Our spreadsheets, calculators and written materials are tools for organisation, planning and education. They are not financial, tax, legal, accounting, investment or lending advice.

Outputs depend on the information you enter and the assumptions built into the product. You remain responsible for decisions made using the tools and should obtain professional advice where appropriate.

Physical products

Physical products may be manufactured and fulfilled by third-party production partners. Minor variations in colour, placement or finish can occur within normal production tolerances. This does not affect your rights where an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Returns, refunds and delivery

Our Refund Policy and Shipping Policy form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the OFBS brand, website content, spreadsheet designs, written copy, graphics and digital products are owned by or licensed to OFBS.

You may not reproduce or exploit them commercially without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, upload malicious material or use our products in a way that infringes another person’s rights or applicable law.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate information supplied by the user, unsupported software or device configurations, or decisions made in reliance on planning-tool outputs.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the store at the time of your order will apply to that order, except where the law requires otherwise.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Irish law. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.
