Digital products

Our spreadsheets and other digital downloads are supplied electronically. Where you ask for digital content to be supplied immediately and acknowledge that your cancellation right may be lost once supply begins, the normal change-of-mind cancellation right may no longer apply after access or download has started. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If a digital file is faulty, corrupted, materially not as described, or you have accidentally purchased the same digital item twice, please contact us through our Contact page. We will provide an appropriate remedy where required by applicable law.

Physical products

For eligible physical goods, consumers may have a legal right to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods, subject to applicable law and any lawful exceptions. Please contact us before returning an item.

Unless the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise, the cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase is the customer’s responsibility.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect or materially not as described, please contact us with your order number and, where useful, photographs of the issue. We will arrange an appropriate remedy in line with your statutory rights.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing times can vary by payment provider.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer law.
