Shipping policy

This policy applies to physical products only. Digital downloads are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.

Our physical products are produced and fulfilled through third-party print-on-demand partners, including Gelato. Production and delivery times vary by product and destination. Estimated delivery information shown at checkout is an estimate and is not a guaranteed delivery date.

Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered production or dispatch, we may not be able to change the address.

International orders may be subject to local taxes, duties or customs charges depending on the destination and how taxes are collected at checkout. Any charges not collected by us at checkout remain the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

If your parcel is significantly delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect, contact us through the Contact page with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfilment provider.
